Emails to us

Apify Actors

Our Actors run on the Apify platform, in your own Apify account. Apify processes your account data, inputs and results under its own terms and the Apify privacy policy. As the developer, we see the usage statistics that Apify shows to Actor developers. If you write to us about an Actor, the "Emails to us" section above applies.

Spreadsheet templates on Etsy

Our spreadsheet templates are sold on Etsy. Etsy processes your account, order and payment data under its own terms and the Etsy privacy policy. As the seller, we receive the order details that Etsy shares with sellers (such as your name, your Etsy username and what you bought) and the messages you send us on Etsy. We use them only to deliver your order, to answer you, and to send you one follow-up message on Etsy about your order, which may ask for an honest review. Legal basis: performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in supporting our products and hearing how they work for buyers (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep them as long as Etsy keeps the order available to us, and for longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax records (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

The template files themselves collect nothing: they have no macros, scripts or connections to other services. What you type stays in your copy of the file, on your computer or in your own Google account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@quicksloth.dev. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
