Spreadsheet templates

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Simple spreadsheets that do one job well and work the same in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You type a few numbers in the yellow cells; the gray cells calculate for you.

Our templates are sold as instant digital downloads in our Etsy shop, which is opening soon. This page will link to it as soon as it is live.

• Simple Wedding Planner

  Coming soon to Etsy

  Type your wedding date, budget and guest estimate: get 70 tasks with due dates, a suggested budget, a guest list with RSVPs and a board for 20 tables.

How we make them

• One file, a few tabs. Instructions are on the sheet itself, so you can start without a video.
• Nothing is locked. No passwords, no protected sheets, no macros, no add-ons.
• Excel and Google Sheets. We only use functions both programs share, and every file comes with a one-page guide to open it in either.
• Tested before sale. Every formula is recalculated and checked automatically, and the files are opened in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. We use AI tools to help write the formulas, the code that generates the files and our texts, and we say so in every listing.

Help

If you bought a template on Etsy, send us a message on Etsy from your order. Tell us:

• which file you bought;
• whether you use Excel (and which version) or Google Sheets;
• what you see, and what you expected; a screenshot helps.

We read every message. If something doesn't work as described, we fix it. Start with How-to-use.pdf, included with every file: most questions about opening the file in Google Sheets are answered there.

License

• Each purchase gives you a license for personal use: plan your own event, print copies for yourself and the people helping you, and change the file as much as you like.
• Please don't resell, share or upload the files (or modified versions of them) for others to download.
• These are instant digital downloads, so returns, exchanges and refunds aren't accepted. If something doesn't work as described, message us on Etsy and we fix it. If we can't fix it, the remedies the law gives you apply. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
• Suggested amounts, shares and timelines in the files are a starting point, not professional financial or legal advice.

Your data

• The files: what you type stays in your copy of the file, on your computer or in your own Google account. The files have no macros, scripts or connections to other services, and they send nothing to us.
• Your order: Etsy handles the purchase and payment. As the seller, we receive the order details that Etsy shares with sellers and the messages you send us, and use them only to deliver your files, to help you, and to send one follow-up message about your order. Details in the privacy notice.
